Registration and Fee Schedule:
Semester tuition is due in full before lessons commence.  A monthly payment plan is available for a $25.00 charge, and monthly invoices will be sent, due the 29th of each month.  A Late Fee of $20.00 will be assessed for each month the account is past due.  The annual membership of $50.00 (family membership, $85.00, applies to two or more students of the same family)  is not  pro-rated and is due at initial registration.  

Withdrawal Notice:
In the event of withdrawal after 4 lessons/classes or failure to complete the semester for any other reason the student is committed to pay for the entire semesters instruction.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER THE 4TH WEEK OF THE SEMESTER/CLASS OR THE 4TH LESSON, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.  Please notify the office immediately in the event of withdrawal.

Attendance Policy:
Missed lessons due to teacher illness or weather cancellation will be rescheduled.  Teachers provide one make-up lesson per semester for an excused absence, and the teacher must be contacted at least 1 day prior to the scheduled lesson.  Missed classes and ensembles are not made up.   Missed make-up lessons may not be made up.  Lessons missed due to missed payments are considered unexcused absences.

Holidays:  Columbus Day (Monday, October 8)
       Veteran’s Day (Sunday, November 11)
       Thanksgiving Break (November 22 -25)
       Christmas Vacation Week (additional                                                                                     lessons may be taught.  Check with your            teacher.)

Weather Closings:
Any cancellations will be posted with the proper authorities as soon as the decision to close has been made.  Check major news outlets (WCSH, WMTW, WGME) or call the Conservatory 207-775-3356.
