Early Childhood Music Education
In addition to helping build strong bonds between children and their parents/caregivers, early childhood music classes help children develop language skills and physical abilities. Parents and caregivers also enjoy interaction and mutual support.
Baby Boogie 18-24 months
6-week sessions
Children ages 18 to 24 months love make noise, and dance! Children will build rhythm and listening skills, learn songs, play instruments, do finger plays, and have fun in this interactive exploration of music and movement.
Music on the Move 2 to 3 Years
6-week sessions 45-minutes each
Toddlers wiggle, sing, twist, and twirl to a variety of tunes in this program developed by a Harvard-trained educator. .Through music and movement, toddlers will explore the space around them and learn simple songs, experience echoes and rounds, move with rhythm, dance, sing and make music with percussion instruments.

Flutophone Class
Your child can learn to read and appreciate music using this little recorder made just for children. The flutophone has been used to teach young people for generations, is sized small to fit into their hands, inexpensive, and easy on a parent’s ears. For children ages 5 and 6.

Piano for Little People
Dale Churchill (4 ½ to 6)
Innovative small group instruction for children ages 41/2 to 6. All classes conducted in a warm, fun atmosphere. Instruction includes composition, note reading, piano technique, and theory. Piano or keyboard in home strongly recommended. Placement coordinated after interview with student and parents.
3 class options: Tuesdays 1:00- 2:00 or 4:00 -5:00, or Wednesdays 1:00 to 2:00 for 15 weeks.
